We designed a brand that welcomes people as they are, with an authentic polish that balances depth and approachability.

Centered around expressive typography and scrappy, hand-drawn line illustrations, the design conveys an approachable professionalism. The color palette—anchored by a deep Trusted Navy and balanced with two energizing blues and a soft slate—creates a sense of both reliability and vibrancy. Each episode opens with Meredith’s welcome, setting the tone for insightful conversations on topics like delegation, navigating power dynamics, and handling tough discussions. The podcast provides managers with an unfiltered, thoughtful space to get clear, find their footing, and move forward with confidence.
